As a Hye Society wine club member, you receive four special releases per year and have the first option to purchase future releases.

Since William Chris is a small production winery, we keep a careful eye on the number of wine club members we have so that we are sure to have plenty to satisfy demand. Once we are able to confirm an opening for you, you will receive membership benefits while you remain an active member of our club.
If you chose to have your wine shipped, an adult signature is required and a business address is recommended. Cancellations and order changes must be received 30 days before shipments are processed - an e-mail reminder will be sent to you. Credit cards will be stored in member profile and charged in advance of each shipment and is non-refundable.
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders.
All wine club cancellations MUST be made 30 days prior to a wine club release. You will receive an e-mail reminder the month prior to your shipment prompting you to update your wine club information, at this time you may opt-out of your shipment.
Given the limited quantities of wine set aside especially for our Hye Society members, we are unable to give refunds after wine club orders are processed.
